1. Personalised items

 

All products are custom made from your photos or artwork.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

 

2. Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will offer:

 

• Replacement OR

• Refund (where appropriate)

 

 

3. Order mistakes

 

Please check your uploaded photos carefully before placing your order. We cannot refund mistakes in submitted images or spelling provided by the customer.

 

4. Delivery issues

 

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by postal services are outside our control, but we will always help you track your order.
